Daraja Kenya Initiative is inviting applications for an employment position for a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer in a School Environment
Are you passionate about driving positive change in education? Are you skilled in data analysis and have experience in monitoring and evaluation? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to make a significant impact on the education sector.
Our organization is currently seeking a dedicated and qualified Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist to join our team. This is a key role that will contribute to the continuous improvement of our educational programs and ensure our students receive the best possible education.
Key responsibilities include:
• Collect and analyze data to measure program outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct regular evaluations and assessments to track progress and identify any gaps or challenges.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and gather feedback for program enhancements.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on evaluation findings and recommendations.
• Assist in the development of strategies to improve teaching and learning outcomes based on evaluation results.
Requirements:
• A bachelor's degree in social sciences or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar monitoring and evaluation role.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• A certificate in monitoring and evaluation is an added advantage.
