. We are seeking a talented UX/UI developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing user interfaces and experiences for our digital products, ensuring they are aesthetically pleasing, user-friendly, and optimized for conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and developers, to create intuitive, user-centered designs
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate interaction and design concepts
- Create and maintain design standards, documentation, and guidelines
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate and improve design concepts
- Optimize designs for performance, usability, and accessibility
- Ensure designs are consistent across all platforms and devices
- Work with developers to implement designs, ensuring they are accurately represented in the final product
- Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in UX/UI design
Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, user experience, or a related field
- Proven experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio of work
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma
- Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout
- Experience with prototyping tools such as InVision, Axure, or Proto.io
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus
- Knowledge of front-end development frameworks, such as React or Vue.js, is a plus
