Shop Attendant – TVI Technologies (Nairobi)
We are hiring a driven Shop Attendant to join our TVI Technologies team.
Key responsibilities:
Serve walk-in and online customers (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and turn inquiries into sales.
Explain CCTV and tech products, prepare quotations, and support installations and deliveries.
Run POS/ERP: capture all sales, generate receipts, reconcile cash/M-Pesa daily.
Support social media and ecommerce by responding to DMs/comments and helping convert leads to orders.
Keep the shop clean, well-arranged and stock updated.
Requirements:
Certificate/Diploma in Sales/Business/ICT or related field.
1–2 years retail sales experience (preferably electronics/ICT/CCTV).
Confident with smartphones, social media and basic computer use.
Strong customer service, honesty, and a sales/target mindset.
