    Job Description: Aggregate Sales In-Charge Position: Aggregate Sales In-Charge Department: Sales & Marketing

    Reports to: CEO Job Purpose

    To drive aggregate sales (ballast, crusher run, sand, hardcore, stone) by developing new customers, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring accurate order delivery, and ensuring timely collections in line with company credit policy.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Actively market and sell aggregates to contractors, developers, and retail
    • Prepare and follow up on quotations and sales
    • Coordinate with plant, weighbridge, and transport teams to ensure timely
    • Manage customer credit limits and ensure compliance with company credit
    • Follow up on outstanding payments and support finance in debtor
    • Maintain customer database including contact details, physical address, pricing, and credit
    • Prepare daily/weekly sales and collection KPIs
    • Monthly sales volume (tons) vs target
    • Monthly sales value achieved
    • New customers acquired per month
    • % of overdue invoices Qualifications & Experience

    Diploma/Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or related field 3–5 years experience in aggregates/building materials sales

    Strong experience in credit sales and collections is preferred. Skills & Attributes

    • Strong record-keeping and reporting skills
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
    • Proficient in MS Excel and basic ERP systems
