    Procurement & Administration Coordinator – B0 Level

    Reports to: Finance & Admin Manager

     

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Professional certification (e.g., CIPS, KISM, CSCP) is highly desirable.
    • Minimum of five (5) years’ relevant experience, including at least two (2) years in a supervisory role.
    • Experience working within NGOs or international development organizations.
    • Strong knowledge of procurement compliance frameworks (e.g., USAID).
    • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
