    Accounts Assistant – B3 Level

    Reports to: Senior Coordinator- Finance & Accounting
    Posts: 1

    Role Purpose:
    The Accounts Assistant will support the Finance function by ensuring accurate financial records, timely processing of transactions, and adherence to organizational and statutory financial controls.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support day-to-day accounting operations including data entry, reconciliations, and filing.
    • Assist in preparation of financial reports and documentation.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
    • Support compliance with internal controls and donor requirements.
    • Safeguard confidentiality of financial information.

    Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • At least one (1) year of relevant work experience.

    Desirable Qualifications:

    • CPA certification.

    Required Competencies & Skills:

    • Strong understanding of accounting principles.
    • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
    • High attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
