Role Summary
Keemsy Consulting is building a disciplined, client-focused growth platform. We are seeking an office- based Sales & Business Operations Associate to support revenue generation, client engagement, and office continuity.
This role is central to how the business presents itself to clients. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for walk-in visitors, the anchor of the office during business hours, and a key contributor to outbound sales activity through structured calls, email engagement, and follow-ups.
The role is well-suited to a professional, articulate, and highly organized individual who brings warmth, confidence, and strong communication skills to client interactions, while operating with precision behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Execution & Client Engagement
- Execute structured outbound calls and email outreach to prospective and existing clients using approved contact lists
- Conduct professional client check-in calls to maintain relationships and identify new opportunities
- Support lead progression through disciplined follow-ups and coordination with the sales team
- Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns, webinars, and post-event follow-ups
- Support preparation, coordination, and submission of tender documentation
Office Leadership & Client Experience
- Serve as the primary office representative during working hours
- Welcome and professionally engage walk-in clients, confidently articulating Keemsy’s services
and value proposition
- Ensure the office environment remains organized, professional, and client-ready at all times
- Act as a point of continuity when senior team members are attending external meetings
Business Operations & Coordination
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and client interactions
- Coordinate internal communication related to sales activity and client requests
- Support scheduling, documentation, and operational processes tied to revenue activities

Compensation & Career Growth
This is an early-stage growth role with an initial monthly compensation range of KES 10,000 – 20,000, commensurate with capability and fit. Compensation will be reviewed as the business achieves revenue milestones.
