    • Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Design, Education, or related field
    • Art and Design teaching experience - 4 years minimum
    • Broad and resourceful Art and Design skills
    • Strong creativity and adaptability
    • Understanding of competency-based teaching methodologies and frameworks. 
    • Passion for promoting the arts and creativity in education
    • Evidence of participation in CBC training programs or seminars organized by the Ministry of Education or TSC.
