    Mission for Essential Drugs and Supplies (MEDS) is a faith-based health solutions provider founded by an ecumenical partnership of the Kenya Conference of Catholic Bishops (KCCB) and the Christian Health Association of Kenya (CHAK). The Organization’s core mandate is being a reliable provider for quality and affordable Health Products and Technologies, Quality Assurance and Health Systems Strengthening Services. MEDS was established in 1986 and serves clients spread throughout Kenya, other regions in Africa and beyond.

    This position reports to the Warehouse Supervisor and is responsible for dispatching customer orders

    Job Responsibilities

    1. Receive and verify packed orders
    2. Arrange packed orders for traceability
    • Load and verify packed orders for distribution
    1. Complete and verify paperwork and documentation
    2. Deliver drug consignments to customers for customer satisfaction
    3. Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimise space utilisation

    Qualifications

    1. Diploma in Business Administration or related course
    2. Minimum of one (1) year of  relevant experience in a busy pharmaceutical warehouse
    3. Minimum of three (3) years of continuous driving
    4. Technical competencies: strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail and accuracy, physical fitness to lift and carry light objects; good communication and interpersonal skills, driving skills
    5. Behavioral Competencies; Communication skills; interpersonal relations, self-driven and keen to detail
