    We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales and Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in executing sales strategies, supporting marketing campaigns, and developing relationships with potential clients.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Market Research:
      Conduct research on potential customers, market trends, and competitive analysis to support sales efforts.

    • Lead Generation:
      Identify and qualify leads through online research, networking, and direct outreach to prospective clients.

    • Assist in Campaign Execution:
      Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and content creation.

    • Customer Relationship Management:
      Maintain the CRM system by updating customer information, tracking sales activities, and managing follow-ups.

    • Sales Support:
      Assist the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and reports for potential clients.

    • Performance Tracking:
      Monitor and analyze key metrics related to marketing campaigns and sales performance, providing insights for improvement.

    • Event Coordination:
      Help in organizing virtual and in-person events, webinars, or product demos to promote FaidiHR.

    Qualifications:

    • Recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • Strong interest in sales, marketing, and technology (HR/Payroll software knowledge is a plus).
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Google Analytics) is an advantage.
    • Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
