INVESTMENT CONSULTANTS
Milescoop Ventures LTD is a Real Estate company dealing with buying and selling of plots in different parts of Kenya. We are in search of passionate and self-driven individuals to join our team as Investment Consultants in the Sales and Marketing department.
This is a position that requires utmost dedication and hard work.
Roles and Responsibilities;
1. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
2. Establishing new business for the company through networking, cold calling, referrals and social media platforms
3. Coming up with marketing plans, activation, routes and pitching the company products to potential clients
4. Must be a natural closer, go getter by nature, a charismatic communicator and a collaborator who embraces team work.
5. Must have a client data base, a strong social media presence and an ability to identify real estate demographics
6. Must be a sales and marketing guru who is smart, eloquent and conversant with sale presentation
7. Accompanying clients to sites
8. Assist customers in the purchase process, including paperwork and financing
9. Must be conversant and be able to keep up with the current trends in the real estate industry
Requirements;
1. A diploma in Sales and Marketing/ Insurance from a reputable institution or its equivalent in the same field.
2. At least 1-2 years of experience in sales in the real estate industry
3. Experience in selling of Land and Insurance will be an added advantage
4. Must be a team player, result oriented and capable to maintain a positive attitude
Compensation and benefits
We offer a retainer of Ksh 20,000-30,000 plus a Commission
